We aim to deliver professional, high-quality results tailored to each client’s request.

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments are required upfront and in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, and Binance.
  • No contracts, quotes, or invoices are required before purchase — the transaction itself acts as service confirmation.

3. Project Delivery

  • We guarantee delivery within 24 hours or less after receiving complete project input.
  • Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials (e.g., content, preferences) at the time of order.

Delivery may include:

  • Downloadable files (ZIP, PDF, PSD, HTML, etc.)
  • URLs or live links to view your project

4. Revisions & Scope

  • No revisions are offered once the project is delivered.
  • All work is final upon delivery. Clients are encouraged to provide detailed instructions during order placement.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of payment and only if delivery has not started.
  • After this window, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
  • Unresponsive or late clients are still bound by the policy and refund terms.

6. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Misuse content delivered by Media Mate LLC
  • Share, resell, or plagiarize delivered work without consent
  • Submit false or misleading information

7. Legal & Global Use

  • Our services are available globally without geographic limitations.
  • By purchasing, you confirm that you have the legal right to use our services in your jurisdiction.
