Our services include branding, UI/UX design, and website development — all of which are tailored, digital products. As these services are customized and delivered rapidly, our refund policy is strictly defined to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.
Payment & Delivery Terms
- All payments are required in full at checkout.
- Services are delivered instantly or within 24 hours of purchase, depending on the project complexity.
- We do not accept partial payments or deposits, and we do not offer installment plans.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, we enforce the following rules:
- Refunds are only possible within the first 24 hours of purchase and before service delivery begins.
- After 24 hours, or once any portion of the work has been initiated or delivered, the project is considered non-refundable.
- There are no partial refunds offered if the client chooses to cancel mid-process or becomes unresponsive after payment.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- You fail to provide required content or materials within a reasonable timeframe.
- You change your mind after the order is confirmed.
- You are unsatisfied due to reasons not aligned with the original scope or agreed deliverables.
- You request cancellation after delivery or beyond the 24-hour refund window.

- Email used during checkout
- Payment receipt or transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
